I parked my car in the fire lane on private property that I pay rent to and I got my car towed. Anyway, I was actually charging my car in the fire lane, the tow truck driver didn't see that I was charging it because it was dark and late at night. He picked up my car and yanked the charger right out of my car as he was taking it and now my charger doesn't work, what do I do?
Answered . File a complaint against the towing company(particularly if it is a private company) for the damages and take them to small claims court. About the best you can do.
