Which one is the right venue to sue somebody for slander, harassment and libel.

Answered . How about all of the above and more. When filing a lawsuit one is not limited to one avenue of claim of damages. What you are describing is several torts along with intentional infliction of emotional distress. Slander is usually false claims that are said, which one can assume the person who is doing this is saying these things about you. Libel is the same except written, and harassment generally falls under intentional infliction of emotional distress.  The court or venue would be the circuit court of the county it occurred in.
